Terms & Conditions

Set up must be on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. We can't set up on any type of rocks/dirt/gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If your rental is being setup in a public area (park, greenbelt, front yard, etc), it cannot be left unattended at anytime.

We require a $100 deposit (towards your total amount). Full payment must be made 3 days prior to the event date. We do not accept cancellations.

We understand living in Nevada the weather can be questionable at times so we will advise 2 days prior if weather is not looking great and high levels of winds, we will reschedule your rental for another date or cancel with a full refund if the circumstances are uncontrollable the day of. Once rental has been delivered there are no returns to be made (unless weather is uncontrollable). One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes and anchoring a bounce house out of the ground and send it flying through the air. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 20mph. No exceptions!

The company will deliver and set up the equipment at the location specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is a suitable and safe location for the equipment, free from any hazards or obstructions.

The customer is responsible for supervising the use of the equipment at all times. The equipment must not be used by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at all times.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Any damages or excessive soiling of the equipment may result in additional cleaning fee, repair fee, or complete payment of the bouncer up to $1,000 dollars. Cleaning fee will be in the amount of $150.00 dollars.

The company shall not be liable for any injury or damages caused by the use of the equipment. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the company against any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the rental of the equipment.

Please let us know the start and end times of your event and we will schedule the delivery and pick up before and after.

Must have a nearby within 100 ft outlet to connect bouncer, extension cords will be provided by our company.

The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. The customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions for the rented equipment during the rental period.

Set up/Pick up are between the hours of 8am-8pm
